How do I register my child for a place at Incredible Kids?

When you have decided that Incredible Kids is the best setting for your child all you will need to do to register is to complete a registration form and pay a non-refundable registration fee of £25.
When are my Nursery fees due?
Nursery fees are due in advance, before the 1st of every month.
Should you envisage any problems in paying your fees at any time please speak with the Nursery Manager in advance.
What are my payment options?
Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash, childcare vouchers Debit and credit card.
We do accept Switch, but we do not accept American Express (AmEx).
What happens if I am late collecting my child?
If you think you are going to be late for collection, please telephone the nursery as soon as possible and a member of our team will care for your child until someone comes to collect them.
We charge £5.00 per 5 minutes for “after hours” care when you are late. This applies to all times of the day.
What if I want to change my sessions?
Incredible Kids nursery requires four weeks written notice if:
- You wish to decrease your child’s session(s)
- You no longer require your child’s place
