We recruit the only the best, highly-qualified, passionate and committed staff and we invest heavily in furthering their knowledge, enhancing their skills and retaining them.

All of our nursery staff undertake regular training courses. If you would like to see a complete list of our staff’s qualifications including any recent courses they have attended please ask. Most members of our team are trained first aiders.

Once they’re with us, we want our staff stay with us, to bring consistency and the reassurance of familiar faces to your child’s time at nursery.

We expect a lot from our team, but we do give a lot in return, with a continuous training and development opportunities, great support, superb facilities and rewards that celebrate our star performers.

Our nursery team has a wide range of skills and experience. They’re selected because they share our passion and commitment to delivering truly amazing childcare. We also have a support team at each centre, including a qualified chef, receptionist, administrator and outsourced cleaning service, so that our childcare team can focus purely on the children.

All key positions at Incredible Kids nurseries are held by people with recognised high-level childcare qualifications, and we make sure we always have significantly more qualified team members on site than the minimum Ofsted requirement.
